Weddings at The Event Center @ Wild Truffles
Weddings at The Event Center are a one of a
kind experience for the special couple and their loved ones in a
simple but elegant setting. The location is private and guarantees
that your event will be completely undisturbed. The location insures
your guests of breathing clean air as this is a non-smoking
location.
The Event Center @ Wild Truffles is a private
location that is offered on a first come first serve basis through
application. Catering is offered in house through Wild Truffles
Catering. Different packages are available. We work closely with
several Rental Houses in Las Vegas as well as in NY and California.
Bookings require an immediate deposit to hold
your request and the balance must be paid in full three weeks before
your event date. If your event is within a 6-week window, 100%
deposit is required.
Packages
Silver Package
The Silver Package gives you full ownership of your very
special day. You have the option of selecting your own linen, chairs
and service wares. If you so desire, you can bring in your own
support, except catering. You can apply your budget in this package,
whether your budget is large or small this is the package that best
suits the client that wants control of all aspects of the very
special day.
For 30-40 guests
Event Coordinator, Wait Staff, Bartender, Set up staff and
Steward for Clean up.
DJ/Master of Ceremony
Call Bar for two hours Only.
Complimentary Soft Drink, Iced Tea, Bottled Water, Coffee and Tea
for the entire event
Choice of Linen, Napkins,
Selected Chairs, with or without Chair Ties or Covers.

Gold Package
The Gold Package provides a full service experience complete with
tables with linens, chairs, flowers, music, and staff. By careful
design, this package has been created for the bride who intends to
be heavily involved in every aspect of planning and initial
coordinating her wedding leaving us to bring it all together for the
Special Day.
For 40-50 guests
Round Trip Charter Bus or buses, plus Limo or SUV for bride or
bridal party of 6 maximum to the Las Vegas Strip or Neighboring
hotel.

in place with every detail.
